1.生态适配与移植:负责PyTorch、HuggingFace、ONNX等主流AI框架、社区三方库以及模型在自研芯片上的适配、移植与部署; 2.开源社区共建:跟踪并参与国内外主流开源AI社区三方库开发动态,跟进Patch提交,维护芯片后端适配代码: 3.开发者支持:横型迁移落地并落地方法论,编写技术指南与API文档,解决内外部开发者在模型迁移与调优过程中的疑难杂症: 4.前沿探索:探索模型训练、微调在自研芯片上的优化方案和技术。

职位要求： 1.27届计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业,本科及以上学历; 2.编程功底扎实,熟练使用C++/Python,熟悉Linux开发环境,能熟练使用GDB、Perf等调试与性能分析工具; 3.具备丰富的模型开发、适配经验;具备良好的英文读写能力,有开源社区(GitHub/GitLab)贡献经验者优先; 4..具备强烈的技术好奇心与跨团队推动力,能主动打破技术壁垒,推动生态适配进程 5.加分项： （1）有实际的基于国产芯片的大模型开发、部署、加速优化经验 （2）深入理解至少一种主流AI框架(PyTorch优先)的内部设计、或具有算子开发发、模型通信性能优化经验。
