1. 负责量子化学电子结构计算核心算法的开发与优化，覆盖以下方向之一： · 平面波基组方向：对角化、SCF、赝势等核心模块 · 高斯基组方向：四中心双电子积分模块、Fock构建、orbital Hessian 等核心模块 2. 参与优化核心计算流程与数据流结构，以及自研处理器算法的适配与调优 3. 参与并行算法设计与实现，合理设计数据划分与通信策略，优化计算与通信开销 4. 编写高质量工程代码与技术文档，包括算法设计、实现说明及性能分析报告；支持团队技术协作与问题定位

1. 编程与工程能力：熟练掌握 C/C++（或 Fortran / MATLAB / Julia 等），具备良好的实现能力与工程基础，能够编写高效、可靠的计算程序；高斯基组方向优先考虑具备模板/元编程经验的候选人 2. 性能优化能力：熟悉现代处理器架构与内存层次结构，了解向量化（如 SSE/AVX）等优化手段 3. 工程素养：具备良好的工程开发习惯，熟悉Linux 环境及常用构建与版本管理工具，具备单元测试意识与问题定位能力，能够排查复杂并行程序中的异常与性能问题 【加分项】 1. 有大型科学计算软件或量子化学软件（如 QE / CP2K / PySCF / Gaussian 等）开发或二次开发经验 2. 有 GPU 或其他异构计算平台（或自研加速器）适配与优化经验 3. 熟练使用 MPI 等并行通信库，具备多层次并行编程经验（MPI / OpenMP / SIMD），理解常见通信机制并能够进行并行程序设计与性能优化
