岗位职责 1. 理解设计需求，参与定义SOC整芯片架构，参与定义子系统架构，撰写设计文档； 2. 完成数字芯片前端RTL设计，并满足功能和时序要求，参与大型SOC设计，涉及CRG, CPU, PCIE，DDR，总线等IP的研发和集成； 3. 维护和优化已有SOC设计，实现新需求和优化性能、功耗、面积，实现产品核心竞争力； 4. 完成SOC Lint,CDC检查，配合编写SDC，参与芯片布局、布线，支撑后端完成时序收敛； 5. 支撑设计验证和软件开发，配合定位验证、EMU、FPGA问题，参与回片测试，参与ECO。

任职要求 1. 电子工程、微电子或相关专业,应届硕士及以上学历； 2. 熟悉理解数字集成电路原理； 3. 熟悉Verilog编程,具有一定的RTL开发经验。熟悉perl/tcl/shell/python脚本语言(之一即可)； 4. 了解计算机体系结构相关知识，了解ARM架构和AMBA,了解前端设计流程和相关EDA工具如Verdi ,Spyglass等，有以上经验者优先； 5. 积极主动,学习能力强,乐于分享,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
