Nowa rola w obszarze Data.

Budujemy nowy obszar analityczny w organizacji i szukamy osoby, która świetnie odnajduje się w inżynierii danych oraz chce mieć bezpośredni wpływ na jakość, architekturę i przepływ informacji w firmie.

To rola dla technicznego specjalisty, który chce uporządkować architekturę danych, dostarczać niezawodne modele oraz wspierać organizację w podejmowaniu decyzji na podstawie solidnych fundamentów danych.

  • Rozwojem oraz utrzymaniem architektury i modeli danych opartych o dbt oraz chmurowe hurtownie danych.
  • Budowaniem standardów inżynierii danych, dobrych praktyk modelowania oraz dbaniem o czystość kodu i architekturę.
  • Projektowaniem, wdrażaniem i optymalizacją pipeline'ów danych (ETL/ELT).
  • Współpracą z analitykami, produktem i zespołami cross-functional w celu dostarczania wysokiej jakości struktury pod analitykę i raportowanie.
  • Budowaniem warstwy modeli danych pod analitykę, reporting, KPI i self-service BI.
  • Dbaniem o obszar Data Governance, jakość, spójność i niezawodność danych.
  • Oceną obecnego setupu technologicznego oraz rekomendowaniem dalszego rozwoju narzędzi i infrastruktury danych.
  • Projektowaniem, rozwijaniem i monitorowaniem procesów data ingestion - pobierania danych z systemów źródłowych, API, baz danych, narzędzi CRM/finance/marketing oraz aplikacji produktowych do hurtowni danych.

Szukamy osoby, która:

  • Ma minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w obszarze inżynierii danych / Data Engineeringu.
  • Bardzo dobrze zna SQL oraz ma praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z dbt.
  • Posiada doświadczenie w pracy z chmurowymi hurtowniami danych (Snowflake, BigQuery lub podobne).
  • Posiada doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu modeli danych oraz pipeline'ów ETL/ELT.
  • Rozumie specyfikę zbierania i przetwarzania zdarzeń (analiza eventowa / event tracking).
  • Pracowała z narzędziami analitycznymi / BI (np. Hex, Looker, Tableau lub podobne) w kontekście udostępniania i optymalizacji danych pod spodem.
  • Potrafi samodzielnie prowadzić zadania techniczne end-to-end od koncepcji po wdrożenie na produkcję.
  • Dobrze odnajduje się w dynamicznie zmieniającym się środowisku produktowym/technologicznym.
  • Stawia na czytelność kodu, automatyzację i wysoką jakość dostarczanych rozwiązań.

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość języka Python na potrzeby automatyzacji i integracji danych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z platformami orkiestracji zadań (np. Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
  • Doświadczenie w firmach produktowych lub technologicznych w fazie skalowania.
  • Wykształcenie z obszaru informatyki, matematyki, fizyki lub pokrewnych ścisłych kierunków.
  • Doświadczenie z narzędziami data ingestion / data integration, np. Airbyte, Fivetran, Stitch, Meltano lub własnymi integracjami opartymi o API.
  • Współpracę B2B w widełkach 20 000 - 24 000 PLN netto + VAT,
