WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
  • Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and communications on behalf of leadership
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases with accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct research and compile reports or summaries as needed
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep things running seamlessly
  • Identify gaps, flag concerns early, and proactively suggest solutions

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role (Required)
  • Exceptionally organized — you bring structure to chaos and thrive in it
  • A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with confidential information
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote, independent work setup
  • Flexible and adaptable — no two days look the same and you love that

  • Dual Monitor is mandatory
  • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup
