Bei FAT Karting League ist es unsere Mission, Motorsport für die nächste Generation zugänglich zu machen und bestehende Einstiegshürden abzubauen. Wir entwickeln eine hochwertige und wettbewerbsorientierte Karting-Plattform für Fahrerinnen und Fahrer im Alter von 6 bis 17 Jahren und suchen engagierte Mechanikerinnen und Mechaniker, die Teil dieser Reise werden möchten.

Dies ist keine klassische Werkstattposition. Sie arbeiten im Zentrum eines wachsenden Rennprogramms – von der Vorbereitung der Karts über die Betreuung von Rennveranstaltungen bis hin zur Unterstützung der Performance auf der Strecke.

Wenn Sie eine langfristige Karriere im Motorsport anstreben, bietet diese Position die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in allen Bereichen des Rennbetriebs zu sammeln.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen und wachsenden Motorsportunternehmen
  • Einsätze sowohl in der Werkstatt als auch direkt an der Rennstrecke
  • Einblicke in Rennvorbereitung, operative Abläufe und Performance-Management
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ab dem ersten Tag
  • Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb eines expandierenden Motorsportprogramms

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wartung und Vorbereitung einer Flotte elektrischer Rennkarts
  • Diagnose und Behebung technischer und mechanischer Probleme unter Rennbedingungen
  • Unterstützung des Kartbetriebs bei Live-Events und Rennveranstaltungen
  • Mithilfe bei Logistik, Transport und Aufbau von Equipment
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Karts jederzeit in einwandfreiem und rennbereitem Zustand sind

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im mechanischen Bereich (z. B. Karts, PKW, Motorräder oder vergleichbar)
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und zeitkritischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für Motorsport

  • Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit zu Rennveranstaltungen an Wochenenden
