Persona responsable de la generación y procesamiento de facturas emitidas a los clientes y garantizar que los clientes reciban una facturacion correcta y oportuna, habilidad con la atencion al detalle, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y orientación al logro.

¿Qué estarás haciendo?

Funciones y responsabilidades del cargo:

• Para los pagadores asignados, gestionar hasta su entrega, facturación y radicación, todos los tipos de órdenes requeridos (casos de cirugía, consignaciones, ventas directas, ventas al exterior, servicios y mantenimientos, rebates, notas crédito, muestras, bonificaciones, demás relacionadas) dando cumplimiento a los parámetros establecidos por el cliente y por las políticas y procedimientos de S+N en términos de tiempo, lugar y forma (aprobaciones, soportes y control de registros).

• Gestionar y confirmar a cliente internos y externos el estado de los diferentes tipos de órdenes, para alinear la expectativa de disponibilidad al cliente.

• Asegurar el correcto manejo tanto en físico como digital de la documentación de las transacciones realizadas para soportar y facilitar el proceso de auditoría y/o conciliación interna y externa.

• Garantizar la oportuna y correcta radicación de facturas, controlando fechas de generación de documento, fechas de cierre de cliente, fechas de radicación y soportes requeridos por cliente. • Apoyar la gestión y solución de glosas y devoluciones entregando los soportes requeridos, de forma oportuna y veraz.

• Monitorear y gestionar el servicio al cliente, mediante el análisis de indicadores del área para garantizar el cumplimiento del nivel de servicio establecido y objetivos internos.

• Garantizar la confiabilidad de los datos gestionados en los sistemas operativos procurando atención al detalle y generar información confiable en tiempo real.

• Mantener conocimiento y control de los requisitos para facturar y radicar de los clientes asignados.

• Asegurar el acompañamiento del área durante cierre mensual, manteniendo actualizaciones del estatus de todos los tipos de órdenes para aportar al objetivo de ventas de la compañía.

• Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas de acuerdo o conforme a la naturaleza de su rol.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en esta posición?

Estudios

Licenciatura en áreas administrativas o áreas de la salud.

Licencias / Certificaciones

Tecnico o tecnólogo en carreras administrativas o afines

Experiencia

Mínimo un año en servicio al cliente.

Experiencia en el área de la salud preferiblemente.

Idiomas

Español

Conocimientos Técnicos

Tecnico o tecnólogo en carreras administrativas o afines

Competencias

Facturacion electronica, Excel intermedio
