Commercial Administrator Graduate – Johannesburg

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Graduate to join our Commercial Division. This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to several important commercial functions, including pricing and reimbursement, tenders, B-BBEE and preferential procurement, enterprise and supplier development, and case-management administration.

What will you need to be successful?

As our Commercial Graduate, you will work closely with different teams across the business and provide support in the following areas:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing files
  • Responding to customer pricing queries and helping to minimise pricing errors
  • Supporting product reimbursement submissions and escalations
  • Assisting with the sourcing, preparation and timely submission of tenders and supporting documentation
  • Tracking tender awards and non-awards, and following up on tender and pricing escalations against agreed deadlines
  • Supporting the collection of B-BBEE certificates from suppliers
  • Assisting with Preferential Procurement analysis and related B-BBEE deliverables
  • Supporting NPWT case submissions and follow-ups
  • Ensuring that commercial records and administrative areas remain accurate and up to date

  • This graduate opportunity will provide practical experience across a diverse commercial portfolio, with exposure to pricing, reimbursement, tenders, procurement, B-BBEE administration and case-management support. You will have the opportunity to build valuable analytical, administrative and stakeholder-management skills while learning how key commercial processes support the wider business. Successful candidates would need the following: A completed Matric and a relevant tertiary diploma or degree
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Good planning, organisation and time-management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple activities and work towards deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
