Descripción del empleo

Dar soporte al área de embarques en el almacén con el proceso de creación y facturación de entregas SAP, además, ayudar a mejorar este proceso y hacerlo más eficiente.

  • Bajar reporte diariamente en SU01D para delimitar el tipo de paquetería por donde se irán las piezas.
  • Bajar segundo reporte de críticas y darles especial atención para enviar por la paquetería más rápida.
  • Generar deliverys nuevos en la opción VT10G y posteriormente bajar el backlog en SQ00.
  • Vincular formulas con los primeros 2 reportes para saber si dentro de éstos hay envíos críticos.
  • Confirmar en VL02N cada uno de los deliverys creados, revisando que tengan SAT y peso.
  • Facturar acorde al archivo que embarques mandé.
  • Confirmar correos y mensajes que mande costumer service y planeación de emergencias que deben ser enviadas.
  • Diseñar diferentes tipos de formas de trabajo para que embarques y facturación logre alcanzar las metas establecidas.
  • Implementar mejoras y optimizaciones en los procesos de almacén y facturación.
  • Alcanzar las metas establecidas por día y posteriormente por mes en alcance de facturación.

Requisitos

Conocimiento:

-Excel

Estudios:

-Ing.Industrial, Adm.de empresas o afin

Estudiante activo (comprobante de inscripción necesario)

Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio- Avanzado
