🎯 Votre mission

Au cœur de notre atelier de production, vous participez à la fabrication de pièces techniques en respectant les exigences de qualité, de sécurité et de délais.

Votre objectif : produire juste, produire bien… et produire dans les temps. Classique, mais redoutablement efficace.

🔧 Vos responsabilités

Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Lire et interpréter les ordres de fabrication (OF)
  • Réaliser les opérations de production (assemblage, sertissage, contrôle…)
  • Choisir, régler et utiliser les outils et machines adaptés
  • Contrôler la conformité des pièces (dimensions, pression, aspect…)
  • Assurer la traçabilité de votre production (tampon individuel)
  • Respecter strictement les consignes de sécurité et de qualité
  • Maintenir votre poste de travail propre et organisé
  • Contribuer à la performance de l’équipe et à l’amélioration continue

👉 En résumé : vous êtes un maillon clé entre la technique et la qualité finale produit

  • Habileté manuelle et goût du travail bien fait
  • Capacité à lire un plan de fabrication
  • Notions en mécanique générale appréciées
  • Sens de l’organisation et esprit d’équipe
  • Capacité à s’adapter et à apprendre
