🔎 Vos futures missions

Rattaché à notre Responsable d'Activité basé à Rennes et dans un contexte principalement en itinérance, vous serez le chef d'orchestre des projets techniques. Vous assurerez la gestion complète des affaires, de la prospection à la réalisation, en passant par le suivi client.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

  • Pilotage de projets : Vous assurerez la gestion des affaires de maintenance, du chiffrage à la livraison, en veillant à la rentabilité et au respect des délais.
  • Gestion des équipes : Vous coordonnerez les équipes techniques et superviserez les sous-traitants pour garantir la qualité des prestations réalisées.
  • Développement commercial : Vous serez responsable de la relation avec les clients.
  • Suivi budgétaire et financier : Vous participerez à la gestion des budgets, à l'optimisation des coûts, et à la maximisation de la marge des affaires tout en garantissant la satisfaction du client.
  • Gestion contractuelle et réglementaire : Vous piloterez les contrats et vous vous assurerez que toutes les interventions respectent les normes de sécurité, les réglementations en vigueur, et les clauses contractuelles.
  • Amélioration continue : Vous participerez à l'analyse des résultats des affaires et proposerez des actions correctives pour améliorer les performances.

🎯 Profil recherché

Vous êtes notre candidat(e) idéal(e) si :

  • Vous avez une formation technique ou commerciale (BAC +3 à BAC +5) et au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'affaires dans le domaine de la maintenance multi technique ou similaire.
  • Vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) gestionnaire avec un fort sens des affaires et de la relation client.
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en gestion de projet, en suivi budgétaire et en développement commercial.
  • Vous maîtrisez les domaines techniques (électricité, CVC, plomberie, etc.) et savez gérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à négocier, manager et gérer des priorités dans un environnement complexe et exigeant.
