La diversité et la complémentarité de nos activités nous permettent de proposer à nos clients, industriels et tertiaires, une offre globale et adaptée depuis la conception jusqu'aux travaux de réalisation ainsi que la maintenance de leurs installations.

🔎 Vos futures missions

Vous êtes responsable de l’organisation, de la réalisation et du suivi des chantiers en milieu industriel qui vous sont confiés, dans le respect des délais, du budget, de la qualité et de la sécurité.

Vos missions consistent à :

  • Gérer la dimension technique et humaine des chantiers.
  • Assurer la relation client dans le cadre des travaux en cours et à préparer.
  • Vérifier les moyens mis à disposition et organiser les travaux pour réaliser, dans les délais, les tâches planifiées.
  • Définir, organiser et gérer les moyens (EPI, outillages, autres) nécessaires à l'exécution du chantier. Participer aux réunions de chantier.
  • Contrôler la réalisation et la qualité des plans de recollement (DOE / DIUO,...) et participer à leur actualisation.
  • Encadrer les équipes de production (ressources internes, sous-traitants,...) et les challenger sur les objectifs du chantier (délais, heures de production,...).
  • Aider au chiffrage des projets.
  • Assurer le reporting du chantier et l'état d'avancement à son responsable hiérarchique.
  • Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs QHSE définis dans notre politique.
  • Veiller à la bonne application des règles QHSE en vigueur.

🎯 Profil recherché

  • De formation Bac Pro à Bac+2 en Electrotechnique ou Electricité industrielle, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au minimum 5 ans sur des fonctions similaires en industries (aéronautique, agroalimentaire, pétrochimie, chaînes de production autres, ...).
  • Habilité(e) HT/BT, N1 ou N2 et/ou ATEX
  • Pour ce poste à responsabilités, une excellente maîtrise technique dans le domaine de l'instrumentation, de l'électricité industrielle, de la HT/BT et de réelles qualités commerciales et managériales sont indispensables.
  • Votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre aisance relationnelle seront également des atouts majeurs dans l’exercice de vos missions. Vous aimez le terrain et souhaitez intégrer un Groupe indépendant à taille humaine qui saura vous offrir des perspectives d'évolution, alors rejoignez notre équipe !
