👥 Votre agence et votre future équipe

Basé·e à Brets ou Quimper (mission principale sur sites tertiaires : bureaux, centres commerciaux, établissements publics), vous intégrerez le pôle Electricité Tertiaire. Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe composée de chargé·e·s d’affaires, conducteurs·trices de travaux, chef·fe·s de projet, technicien·ne·s et sous‑traitant·e·s. Le poste implique des échanges réguliers avec les services QHSE, les clients donneurs d’ordre, les fournisseurs et les équipes SAV.

🔎 Vos futures missions

Rattaché·e au responsable d’agence, vos principales missions seront :

  • Planifier, organiser et piloter les chantiers d’électricité tertiaire : coordination des équipes internes et externes, gestion des plannings et suivi des étapes clés jusqu’à la réception ;
  • Assurer le suivi technique des travaux : lecture et vérification des plans, contrôle des métrés, validation des plans d’exécution et adaptation aux contraintes site ;
  • Contrôler la qualité des réalisations électriques (courant fort et courant faible) : tableaux, alimentations, prises, éclairage, réseaux locaux, baies, réseaux de sécurité et GTB/GTI ;
  • Veiller au respect des règles et normes en vigueur (NF C 15‑100, Consuel, directives internes) et garantir l’application stricte des procédures HSE : plans de prévention, consignation, EPI et briefings sécurité ;
  • Gérer les approvisionnements, le matériel et l’outillage du chantier : commandes, réception, gestion des stocks et optimisation des coûts ;
  • Superviser les mises en service, essais et réglages en coordination avec les équipes automatisme, GTB et maintenance ;
  • Établir et contrôler les rapports d’intervention, PV de réception et dossiers de fin de chantier (DOE) ;
  • Assurer la relation client sur site : points réguliers, reporting, proposition de solutions techniques et ajustements si nécessaire ;
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue : retour d’expérience, propositions d’optimisation des méthodes, sécurité et réduction des non‑conformités.

🎯 Profil recherché

Vous êtes rigoureux·se, organisé·e et aimez manager des équipes terrain. Vous avez le sens du service client et savez anticiper les besoins opérationnels.

Formation : BAC pro, BTS ou DUT en électrotechnique, maintenance des systèmes, génie électrique ou équivalent. Une formation complémentaire en management de chantier est un plus.

Compétences :

  • Expérience significative sur des chantiers tertiaires en tant que chef·fe de chantier, conducteur·rice de travaux ou équivalent ;
  • Maîtrise des schémas électriques, du câblage, des raccordements et des principes d’implantation ;
  • Connaissance des courants forts et faibles (éclairage, prises, VDI, vidéosurveillance, contrôle d’accès, GTB) ;
  • Compétence en gestion de planning, commande et suivi budgétaire de chantier ;
  • Capacité à rédiger des rapports techniques et administratifs clairs (PV, DOE, fiches d’intervention) ;
  • Bonnes qualités relationnelles et aptitude au travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire ;
  • Permis B exigé. Habilitations électriques requises (H0‑B0, B1V, BR) ; certifications complémentaires (Consuel, CACES, habilitations haute tension) appréciées. Formation SST ou équivalent souhaitée.

Une expérience dans des environnements tertiaires (entreprises, commerces, immobilier tertiaire, établissements de santé) sera particulièrement appréciée.
