SNEF Toulouse – Génie Électrique intervient en CFO/CFA sur des projets tertiaires et industriels à forte exigence technique. L’agence conçoit et réalise des installations électriques fiables, modernes et performantes, en alliant maîtrise terrain et sens du service.

Une équipe engagée qui sécurise, optimise et accompagne durablement les infrastructures de ses clients.

Rattaché(e) au conducteur de travaux, vous pilotez des projets CFO/CFA au sein d'ouvrages tertiaires en mettant en oeuvre les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à la bonne exécution des chantiers dont vous avez la responsabilité.

🔎 Vos futures missions

Garant de la qualité technique et de la sécurité de vos chantiers, vous êtes amené(e) à :

  • Gérer la dimension technique et humaine des chantiers,
  • Assurer la relation client dans le cadre des travaux en cours et à préparer,
  • Vérifier les moyens mis à disposition et organiser les travaux pour réaliser, dans les délais, les tâches planifiées,
  • Définir, organiser et gérer les moyens (EPI, outillages, ...) nécessaires à l'exécution du chantier,
  • Encadrer les équipes de production (ressources internes, sous-traitants, ...) et les challenger sur les objectifs du chantier (délais, heures de production, ...),
  • Effectuer le reporting et l'état d'avancement du chantier (budget, délais, reste à faire, ...),
  • Participer à la livraison des chantiers et établir les procès-verbaux de réception des chantiers
  • Contrôler l'application des règles QSE sur les chantiers : la Sécurité est incontournable, objectif = 0 accident !

🎯 Profil recherché

  • De formation Bac Pro à Bac +2, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires.
  • Pour ce poste à responsabilités, une excellente maitrise technique et de réelles qualités managériales sont indispensables.
  • Votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre aisance relationnelle seront également des atouts majeurs dans l'exercice de vos missions.

Vous aimez le terrain, la coordination d'équipe et souhaitez intégrer un Groupe indépendant à taille humaine qui saura vous offrir des perspectives d'évolution, alors rejoignez-nous !
