🔎 Vos futures missions

En tant qu’Ingénieur Commercial, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité et la satisfaction de nos clients.

Études techniques :

  • Élaborer les chiffrages et rédiger des propositions commerciales détaillées.

Développement commercial :

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et développer un portefeuille commercial.
  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance et proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Participer aux réponses aux appels d’offres et défendre les propositions auprès des clients.
  • Créer des opportunités commerciales en analysant le marché et en adoptant une stratégie proactive.

Gestion de projets :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir la mise en œuvre des solutions proposées.
  • Assurer un suivi de la satisfaction client et proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire.

Gestion de portefeuille :

  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients existant en assurant un suivi personnalisé, en renforçant les relations et en offrant un service de qualité.

Conception des offres :

  • Élaborer des propositions commerciales adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque client en collaboration avec les équipes techniques.
  • Rédiger des offres percutantes et les présenter avec impact.

Négociation et closing :

  • Mener les négociations de manière stratégique et garantir la signature de contrats en optimisant les conditions de collaboration.

Veille et stratégie de marché :

  • Surveiller les tendances et innovations du marché pour ajuster notre stratégie commerciale et anticiper les besoins futurs de nos clients.

Reporting et suivi :

  • Assurer le reporting commercial (objectifs, KPI, suivi des ventes) et utiliser notre CRM pour garder une trace rigoureuse de chaque étape de votre activité.

🎯 Profil recherché

Serez-vous notre perle rare ?

  • Formation et expérience : Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure en ingénierie (Bac+5) ou équivalent, idéalement avec une spécialisation en génie climatique, énergétique ou bâtiment.
  • Expérience significative (minimum 3 ans) dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la maintenance multi-technique ou des services aux bâtiments.
  • Compétences : Excellentes connaissances techniques en maintenance CVC, électricité, plomberie et/ou autres corps d’état techniques.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de chiffrage et d’études. Fortes compétences commerciales : écoute, négociation et orientation client.
  • Maîtrise d'un anglais professionnel
  • Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, autonomie et sens des priorités. Excellent relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe. Goût pour le terrain et le contact client.
