The posting

About the role

Make people discover a SNITCH store on their feed and want to walk into it.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own SNITCH’s offline social presence and turn our growing store network into a reason to follow, engage and visit.

The role brings together social media management, store launch campaigns, content ideation and the creation of original, recurring IPs. Your mandate is to build awareness, visibility and local relevance for our stores, translating attention online into interest and footfall on the ground.

What you’ll own

Social media strategy and management

  • Own the strategy, content calendar and daily management of SNITCH’s offline social handle.
  • Build a distinct voice and visual identity aligned with SNITCH, while giving individual stores and cities their own personality.
  • Manage publishing, captions, community engagement and performance reporting.
  • Give audiences a reason to keep following beyond store opening announcements and offers.

New store launches

  • Plan and execute social campaigns across pre-launch, launch day and post-launch.
  • Build anticipation through city-specific ideas, local references, creator collaborations and community participation.
  • Coordinate with retail, marketing, creative and store teams to deliver content and campaigns on schedule.
  • Sustain visibility and interest after the opening weekend.

Original IPs and content ideas

  • Develop recurring content properties, series and on-ground activations that audiences recognise, follow and participate in.
  • Find fresh ways to showcase collections, styling, store experiences, staff personalities and customer stories.
  • Build formats that can work across the store network while remaining relevant to each location.
  • Turn cultural moments, audience insights and trends into ideas that fit the brand and encourage store discovery.

Store-led content creation

  • Build a consistent content pipeline with store teams, visual merchandisers and regional teams.
  • Create clear briefs, references and simple formats that help teams capture better content.
  • Identify strong ideas from individual stores and scale them across the network.
  • Work with designers, editors, photographers and creators to take ideas from concept to execution.

Local visibility and footfall

  • Use social channels, local creators, communities and relevant partnerships to reach people within each store’s catchment.
  • Develop campaigns that give people a clear reason to visit, explore a collection or participate in an in-store experience.
  • Partner with retail and performance marketing teams to amplify successful content and assess its contribution to store visits.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience managing social media for a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, retail or hospitality brand.
  • A portfolio showing strong content ideas, campaign execution and audience understanding.
  • The ability to build recurring IPs and formats, alongside everyday social content.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an instinct for short-form video, storytelling and cultural relevance.
  • An understanding of how content needs to change across cities, communities and audiences.
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple launches and timelines.
  • Comfort being on the ground, visiting stores and working closely with teams to make ideas happen.
  • A commercial mindset: you should be curious about what makes someone move from watching a reel to visiting a store.

What success looks like

  • Greater awareness and discovery of SNITCH stores in their local markets.
  • Store launches that generate anticipation, participation and visits.
  • Recognisable content IPs that build a returning audience.
  • A reliable flow of compelling content from across the store network.
  • Measurable improvements in relevant local reach, engagement, store enquiries and trackable visit intent, with footfall impact assessed alongside retail teams.
  • You’ll own how our stores show up online, and help make them a destination offline.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
