Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-First-Videoformaten insbesondere Schnitt und Postproduktion für Kundenprojekte
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Umsetzung von Drehs und Unterstützung bei operativen Aufgaben vor Ort (Deutschlandweit)
  • Sicherer Umgang und Weiterentwicklung deiner Skills beim Einsatz von DaVinci Resolve und Adobe Creative Cloud sowie anderen relevanten Kreativtools
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Kreation, Paid, Beratung und Geschäftsführung – Hands-on und immer auf Augenhöhe
  • Erstellung von Behind-the-Scenes-, Vlog- und Social-Media-Content für das Eigenmarketing, sowie proaktives Einfangen von spannenden Situationen im Agenturalltag mit Kamera oder Smartphone
  • Mitwirkung bei Grafikdesign-Aufgaben und kreativen Content-Projekten
  • Du lernst professionelles Multiprojektmanagement, den Umgang mit modernen Tools (insbesondere KI) und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt weiter
  • Du entfaltest deine persönliche Social DNA, indem du aktiv unsere dynamische Wachstumsentwicklung mitgestaltest

Was du mitbringst

  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung aus einer Agentur in Videoschnitt, Grafikdesign und Social Content Produktion
  • Gutes Gespür & Verständnis für kurze Social-Media-Formate, Reels und Vlogs sowie Kamera, Bildgestaltung und Storytelling
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Organisations-Skills und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Begeisterung für Social Media, Content Creation und digitale Trends, sowie Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Humor
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
