Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Einarbeitung, Aufbau und Entwicklung relevanter Social Media Marketing Kompetenzen im Rahmen unseres 18-monatigen Trainee-Programms mit 4 Entwicklungsphasen und einem klar definierten Ziel: Übernahme in eine Festanstellung
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unserer B2B & B2B2C Kund:innen im Sparring mit unseren Team- und Projektleads
  • Mitarbeit an kanalübergreifenden Social-Media-Strategien und deren Umsetzung im engen Austausch mit Kolleg:innen und Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Kreation, Paid, Beratung und Geschäftsführung – Hands-on und immer auf Augenhöhe
  • Im Daily Social Media Business unterstützt du bei der Kundenberatung, Ideengenerierung, Content Planung, Content Creation, Advertising, Community Management, Reportings und mehr.
  • Du lernst professionelles Multiprojektmanagement, den Umgang mit modernen Tools (insbesondere KI) und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt weiter
  • Du lernst wertvolle Methoden in den Bereichen Consulting, Account Management, sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und bei Interesse auch Sales und Public Speaking
  • Du entfaltest deine persönliche Social DNA, indem du aktiv unsere dynamische Wachstumsentwicklung mitgestaltest

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung mit Bezug zu Social Media (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit, Selbstständigkeit o. ä.)
  • Grundlegender Überblick & Verständnis der größten Social Media Kanäle, deren Plattformlogiken und Trends
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Organisations-Skills und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Humor
