Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Betreuung unserer B2B & B2B2C Kund:innen als Sparringspartner:in, Berater:in und Projekt-Lead
  • Entwicklung kanalübergreifender Social-Media-Strategien und Umsetzung im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Kolleg:innen und Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Kreation, Media, Beratung und Geschäftsführung – Hands-on und immer auf Augenhöhe
  • Im Daily Social Media Business übernimmst du unter anderem redaktionelle Arbeit, Ideengenerierung, Content Planung, Content Creation, Content Distribution, Community Management, Reportings
  • Du bist immer auf dem neusten Stand der Entwicklungen im Social Media Marketing und treibst die Social Media Aktivitäten unserer Kunden dadurch aktiv voran
  • Du führst mehrere Kunden und Projekte gleichzeitig – vom Erstprojekt bis zum Retainer. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für Agenturumsätze im 6-stelligen Bereich.
  • Du sorgst für kontinuierliche Rentabilität & Qualität deiner Projekte und entwickelst Accounts gezielt weiter
  • Du teilst dein Wissen im Team, um unsere Beratungsstandards fortlaufend mitzugestalten
  • Du coachst Kolleg:innen auf Junior- und Mid-Level – mit Feedback, Know-how und einem offenen Ohr
  • Du übernimmst den Lead in Pitches und bringst dich mit deinem Fachwissen und deiner Erfahrung aktiv in die Akquise von Neugeschäft ein

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im professionellen Social Media Marketing – als Berater:in, Account Manager:in oder Projektlead bei einer Agentur
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von Kundenprojekten, Budgetverantwortung und Strategieentwicklung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in professionellem Social Media Marketing, Plattformlogiken, Tools & Trends und KPI-getriebenem Arbeiten – von Meta über LinkedIn bis TikTok.
  • Social Media Strategiekompetenz kombiniert mit einem Gespür für Markenführung
  • Lust auf Verantwortung, Wirkung, Weiterentwicklung – und auf ein starkes Team
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Empathie und echtes Interesse an digitalen Entwicklungen
  • Gute Vernetzung in der Branche und Freude am Teilen von Wissen auf Konferenzen, in Webinaren o.ä.
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsskills in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch + Englisch - sicher, klar, empathisch und auf Augenhöhe
