Ben jij sterk met cijfers en heb je een passie voor de bouw? Als Calculator / Kostendeskundige bij Willy Naessens zorg jij voor betrouwbare kostenramingen, offertes en adviezen die de basis vormen van onze bouwprojecten. Vanaf de eerste schets tot aan de uitvoering speel jij een cruciale rol.

Jouw expertise zorgt ervoor dat projecten haalbaar én succesvol worden. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en engineers en bent de sparringpartner die cijfers en inzichten vertaalt naar heldere keuzes.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • 📐 Analyseren van bouwtekeningen en vertalen naar calculaties
  • 📊 Opstellen van begrotingen en kostenramingen
  • 📝 Beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • 💡 Signaleren van kansen en risico’s en deze vertalen naar adviezen
  • 🤝 Intensief samenwerken met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en engineers
