Als werkvoorbereider bij Willy Naessens speel jij een centrale rol binnen het projectteam en ben je essentieel voor elk bouwproject. Vanaf het begin tot het einde ben je nauw betrokken bij je project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig aanvragen, analyseren en inkopen van alle contractuele onderdelen. Dit vraagt om een hechte samenwerking met verschillende partijen, zowel intern als extern. Je zult werken aan grotere en/of complexere projecten

  • Een kleine greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden Het opzetten van een projectvoorbereidingsschema Tijdschema bewaken voor de projectinkopen Aanvragen, analyseren en beoordelen van offertes Inkopen en vastleggen van de disciplines van een project Controleren van het tekenwerk van de ingekochte onderdelen Rekening houden met de kwaliteit en veiligheid Communiceren met interne- en externe betrokkenen Het financieel bewaken van de werkbegroting

Wat mag je van ons verwachten:

  • Fulltime dienstverband, 40 uur per week (parttime is bespreekbaar);
  • Contract conform de CAO Bouw & Infra, : Functieladder 3, functieniveau 4 tot 6, UTA;
  • Een goed salaris, afhankelijk van je werkervaring en opleidingsniveau;
  • Jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • 30 vakantiedagen;
  • Deelname aan het tijdspaarfonds; je bouwt nog eens 13 vrije dagen en 2,18 % individueel budget op, gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband. Je kunt ervoor kiezen deze maandelijks uit te laten keren;

Wat jij ons biedt

De werkvoorbereider is dé schakel binnen het projectteam. Een enthousiaste, flexibele houding is daarin het allerbelangrijkste.

  • Een Hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of MBO-opleiding met veel werkervaring (met voorkeur specialisatie in constructie en techniek);
  • Aantoonbare ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Ervaring met 3D modellen raadplegen;
  • Goed analytisch en technisch inzicht;
  • Oplossingsgerichte denkwijze;
  • In staat om zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband te opereren;
  • Ondernemend en proactief;
  • Strategisch denken;
  • Onderhandelingsvermogen;
  • Beschikt over goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden;
  • Enthousiaste, gedreven en flexibele werkhouding.
