Heb je verstand van certificeringsnormen op het gebied van Kwaliteit, Gezondheid, Veiligheid en Milieu of ben je gemotiveerd om je hierin te verdiepen en te ontwikkelen? Wat ga je doen?

Je bent het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van QHSE en ondersteunt organisaties bij het opzetten, implementeren en invoeren van managementsystemen. Dit kan de VCA-checklist zijn, maar ook de normen ISO9001, 14001, 45001 of beoordelingsrichtlijnen. Ook het opstellen van verbeteringsprogramma’s binnen het vakgebied en het uitvoeren van risico-inventarisaties en -evaluaties (RI&E’s) behoren tot je werkzaamheden. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met onze klanten onder begeleiding van je operationele manager en projectmanager.

Verdere verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie zijn:

  • het borgen en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen;
  • het schrijven van bedrijfskundige adviezen;
  • het uitvoeren van interne audits;
  • het voeren van managementreviews.

Ervaren consultants kunnen ook optreden als projectleider, waarbij je een team van consultants aanstuurt bij een groot en/ of complex project.

Wie ben jij?

  • Analytisch en communicatief vaardig
  • Zelfstandig met een gezonde dosis daadkracht
  • Afgeronde bedrijfskundige (technische) HBO-opleiding
  • 2-4 jaar relevante werkervaring in genoemde adviestrajecten
  • Actuele kennis van wet- en regelgeving
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
