Bij Gran Casino in Nuland is een smaakvol ontbijt, lunch en diner mede de basis van een gezellig verblijf. Jij verwent onze gasten met de heerlijkste gerechten en hebt als kok 24/7 de volledige vrijheid om te experimenteren.

In de keuken van Gran Casino maak jij de lekkerste dingen voor onze gasten. Passend bij de tijd van het jaar en bij het event dat die dag plaatsvindt. Of omdat je gewoon eens iets nieuws wilt proberen. De service naar onze gasten is groot. Luxe? Jazeker. En met de kwaliteit en creativiteit die jij in alle bereidingen stopt, worden gasten op culinair gebied nooit teleurgesteld.

Zo wordt het spel gespeeld:

  • werk met de nieuwste apparatuur en leef je uit met alle technieken die jij als kok beheerst.
  • stel zelf weekmenu’s en gerechten samen en geniet van de vrijheid om met iets nieuws te komen.
  • neem de inkoop van de producten voor je rekening.
  • houd toezicht op het naleven van codes en richtlijnen in de keuken, zoals die van de HACCP en ARBO.
