The posting

Als Productiemanager bij Doeko ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de volledige productieorganisatie. Je geeft leiding aan circa 25 tot 30 medewerkers en zorgt dat mensen, machines, planning en techniek goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je vertaalt de ERP-planning naar een haalbare dag- en weekplanning, bewaakt de voortgang, output en leverbetrouwbaarheid en grijpt in wanneer knelpunten ontstaan.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van het team. Je coacht en motiveert medewerkers, voert functionerings- en ontwikkelgesprekken en houdt opleidingsplannen bij. Je werkt dagelijks op de productievloer en schakelt nauw met onder andere planning, supply chain, kwaliteit, engineering en werkvoorbereiding. De huidige Productiemanager groeit door naar Manager Operations en zal je intensief begeleiden en inwerken.

Belangrijke aspecten van de functie

  • Leidinggeven aan circa 25 tot 30 medewerkers binnen de productie.
  • Vertalen van de ERP-planning naar een haalbare dag- en weekplanning.
  • Bewaken van productie-output, kwaliteit, voortgang en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en bottlenecks.
  • Prioriteiten stellen bij beperkte capaciteit, personeel of machines.
  • Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Voeren van functionerings-, jaar- en ontwikkelgesprekken.
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van opleidingsplannen.
  • Verbeteren en borgen van productieprocessen.
  • Meedenken over digitalisering, automatisering, investeringen en onderhoud.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde, Supply Chain Management of vergelijkbaar.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met productieplanning, personeelsaansturing en het bewaken van output.
  • Ervaring binnen de maakindustrie, metaal, fijnmechanica of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Voldoende technisch inzicht om technische tekeningen te lezen en met vakspecialisten te schakelen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP- of productieplanningssysteem. Ervaring met ISAH is een pré.
  • Je bent proactief, besluitvaardig, organisatorisch sterk en een motiverende people manager.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen, verbanden leggen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Een geldig VCA-certificaat of de bereidheid dit te behalen.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salaris tussen € 3.950 en € 6.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur.
  • Arbeidsomvang: 40 uur per week, bespreekbaar vanaf 32 uur.
  • Contract: jaarcontract met intentie tot langdurige samenwerking.
  • 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen.
  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Metalektro.
  • Ruimte voor opleidingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Volledig werken op locatie in Weurt.
  • Een assessment bij GITP maakt onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
