Ben jij iemand die graag overzicht houdt in bouwprojecten? Werk je graag aan bijzondere projecten binnen woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, renovatie of transformatie? En vind je het prettig om te schakelen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereidende en coördinerende activiteiten voor de uitvoering. Je denkt mee over de werkorganisatie en technische aspecten van projecten, bewaakt de voortgang en signaleert knelpunten op tijd.

Je controleert werktekeningen, houdt tekeningen en documentenlijsten bij, bereidt bestellingen en inkoop voor en vraagt offertes op bij onderaannemers en leveranciers. Ook stel je planningen op, maak je kleine calculaties voor meer en minderwerk en zorg je voor een goede projectadministratie. Daarbij ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen externe contacten en het uitvoerende team op de bouwplaats.

• Een salaris van € 4.500 tot € 6.000 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.

• Een vast dienstverband met uitzicht op verlenging of een vast dienstverband.

• Hoofdzakelijk kantoortijden.

• Leuke activiteiten, zoals een bouwvak barbecue, dagjes uit en bijeenkomsten met collega’s.

• MTS of HTS werk en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding of praktijkervaring.

• MBO of HBO opleiding Bouwkunde.

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider.

• Ervaring binnen de bouw, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare functie.

• Ervaring met woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, renovatie of transformatie.

• Bouwkundig inzicht en ervaring met werkvoorbereiding.

• Ervaring met planning, calculatie, tekeningcontrole en inkoopvoorbereiding.

• Goed kunnen schakelen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en het uitvoerende team.

• Accuraat, zelfstandig, flexibel en oplossingsgericht kunnen werken.

• Communicatief sterk, sociaal vaardig en gericht op samenwerking.

• Overzicht kunnen houden in projectvoorbereiding en knelpunten bespreekbaar maken.

• Ervaring met AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, BouwWorks, Office pakket of Sonnebree is passend.

• Voor een senior profiel is het mooi als je minder ervaren collega’s kunt begeleiden en inhoudelijk sterker kunt maken.
