Softing Industrial: Als Spezialist für digitalen Datenaustausch in der Automatisierung kümmern wir uns bei Softing Industrial Automation um die Vernetzung von Geräten, Maschinen und Anlagen. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Mitglied unseres Teams Technische Redaktion erstellen und pflegen Sie technische Dokumentationen für unsere Softwareprodukte, Software Development Kits (SDKs), Kommunikationslösungen und Connectivity-Produkte.
  • Erstellung von Benutzerhandbüchern, Installations- und Konfigurationsanleitungen sowie Online-Hilfen
  • Erstellung technischer Whitepaper, Tutorials und Best-Practice-Anleitungen
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen aus den Bereichen Fabrik- und Prozessautomatisierung, einschließlich industrieller Kommunikationsprotokolle und Feldgeräteintegration
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software- und Hardware-Entwicklung, Product Management, Support und Quality Assurance
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsdokumentationen im Umfeld des Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), IEC 62443 sowie weiterer regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Technischen Redaktion, einschließlich Dokumentationsstandards, Redaktionsprozessen und Werkzeugen (z.B. Help+Manual)
  • Unterstützung bei Übersetzungen und der internationalen Bereitstellung technischer Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Technische Redaktion, Technische Kommunikation, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung als Technischer Redakteur (m/w/d)
  • Sichere Anwendung redaktioneller Methoden und Richtlinien, insbesondere hinsichtlich Lesbarkeit, Verständlichkeit und zielgruppengerechter Informationsvermittlung (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Konzeption und Strukturierung technischer Dokumentationen auf Dokumenten- und Informationsebene (Informationsarchitektur, Makro- und Mikrostruktur)
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Produkte z.B. in der industriellen Kommunikation (Software und Hardware)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude daran, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse im Bereich der Industrie- oder Prozessautomatisierung.
  • Erfahrung mit dem Redaktionssystem Help+Manual ist wünschenswert
  • Interesse an den Themen Cybersecurity sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Normen und Regularien wie IEC 62443 oder dem Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) wären von Vorteil.
