Nous recherchons des talents souhaitant s'investir dans un projet en forte croissance, alliant esprit entrepreneurial, innovation et engagement pour la transition énergétique.

Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un véritable chasseur, avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans la vente de solutions d’installations électriques, idéalement dans le domaine de l’IRVE.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Agence, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la validation des offres commerciales, la collaboration avec les équipes de vente et la structuration des business plans adaptés aux projets clients.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Développement commercial

  • Identifier, prospecter et qualifier de nouveaux clients
  • Développer un portefeuille clients sur des cibles B2B
  • Construire et piloter un pipe commercial actif

Analyse des besoins & offres

  • Comprendre les enjeux clients (techniques, économiques, réglementaires)
  • Réaliser une première qualification technico-commerciale
  • Élaborer des offres adaptées en collaboration avec les équipes techniques

Négociation & contractualisation

  • Préparer les propositions commerciales
  • Négocier les conditions financières et techniques
  • Conclure les ventes et finaliser les contrats

Suivi des projets clients

  • Assurer un suivi commercial rigoureux
  • Coordonner les échanges internes (technique, travaux, exploitation)
  • Garantir la satisfaction client jusqu’à la mise en service

Veille & prospection

  • Suivre les évolutions du marché IRVE
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités business
  • Analyser la concurrence

Qualifications

  • Formation : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en école de commerce, ingénierie, ou équivalent.
  • Expérience professionnelle impérative de 5 ans dans vente de solutions d’installations électriques, idéalement dans le domaine de l’IRVE.
  • Connaissances : CRM et outils de gestion de la relation client, outils de gestion de projet et de préparation d’offres, bonne culture technique (aspects électriques), forte sensibilité aux enjeux de transition énergétique
