Haemme APULAISMARKETPÄÄLLIKKÖÄ S-market Jämsään vakituiseen, kokoaikaiseen (37,5h/vko) tehtävään.

Apulaismarketpäällikkönä tehtävänäsi on varmistaa myymälän erinomainen asiakaspalvelu ja myymälätoimintojen sujuvuus yhdessä marketpäällikön kanssa.

Apulaismarketpäällikkönä työpäiväsi rakentuvat myyjän perustehtävien lisäksi työryhmän lähiesihenkilötyöstä kuten ohjaamisesta ja tiimiläistesi osaamisen varmistamisesta, sekä muista monipuolisista vastuista kuten uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämisestä ja päällikön loma-aikojen sijaisuuksista.

Otat tehtävässäsi rohkeasti vastuuta eri järjestelmien hallinnasta ja reagoit nopeasti muuttuviin tilanteisiin, kuten vuoron miehitysmuutoksiin, poikkeaviin toimituksiin tai laiterikkoihin. Lisäksi innostat omalla esimerkilläsi koko työryhmää ystävälliseen sekä tavoitteelliseen työskentelyyn ja annat aktiivisesti kiitosta ja palautetta.

Tässä tehtävässä pääset toimimaan vastuullisessa lähiesihenkilötehtävässä marketpäällikön työparina. Saat työllesi selkeät raamit ja tavoitteet, joita kohti työskentelette yhdessä koko tiimin voimin.

Saatat olla etsimämme apulaismarketpäällikkö, jos sinulta löytyy:

  • aiempaa työkokemusta vastuutehtävistä päivittäistavarakaupassa
  • hyviä organisointitaitoja ja taitoa ohjata tiimiä kohti tavoitteita
  • taitoa näyttää esimerkkiä erinomaisesta asiakaspalvelusta
  • hyviä vuorovaikutus- ja viestintätaitoja sekä taitoa palvella asiakkaita sujuvalla suomen kielellä
  • itsenäistä ja aloitteellista otetta työhön
  • joustavuutta ja hyvää paineensietokykyä

Perehdytämme sinut huolellisesti tehtävään, ja tueksesi saat koko Jämsän tiimin sekä marketpäällikkö Minnan. S-market Jämsä palvelee asiakkaitaan laajoilla aukioloajoilla, ja apulaismarketpäällikkönä tulet tekemään kaikkia kaupan vuoroja, myös iltaisin ja viikonloppuisin.

Apulaismarketpäällikön palkka perustuu kaupan alan työehtosopimukseen sekä tehtäväkohtaiseen vastuulisään, ja on kokemusvuosista riippuen 2322,32 - 2674,00 € /kk + ilta- ja viikonloppulisät. Meillä Keskimaalla sinulla on myös mahdollisuus palkan lisäksi tulospalkkioon, joka on jopa 1,50 € per tehty työtunti.
