Haemme kiinteistö- ja turvallisuuskoordinaattoria Meira Novan logistiikkakeskukseen Tuusulaan.

Tehtävässä huolehdit logistiikkakeskuksemme kiinteistöjen arjen sujuvuudesta ja turvallisuuteen liittyvien käytäntöjen koordinoinnista. Tuet turvallisuus- ja kiinteistöpäällikköä ylläpidon, kunnossapidon, toimitilaturvallisuuden ja työturvallisuuden tehtävissä sekä varmistat, että sovitut toimenpiteet etenevät suunnitelmallisesti.

Koordinoit huolto-, korjaus- ja tarkastustoimenpiteitä palveluntuottajien ja sisäisten sidosryhmien kanssa. Seuraat sovittujen töiden toteutumista, ylläpidät kiinteistö- ja turvallisuusasioihin liittyvää dokumentaatiota sekä osallistut poikkeamien, havaintojen ja korjaavien toimenpiteiden käsittelyyn. Työssäsi huomioit kiinteistö-, tuote- ja työturvallisuuden sekä liiketoiminnan jatkuvuuden vaatimukset.

Tehtäviisi kuuluvat lisäksi palveluntuottajien työn seuranta, turvallisuuskierrokset, kulunhallinta, henkilöstöviestintä, riskienarvioinnit, pelastussuunnittelu ja harjoitukset. Kehität toimintatapoja jatkuvasti, ja tehtävän tarkempi sisältö muotoutuu osaamisesi ja kokemuksesi perusteella.

Tehtävässä menestyt, kun sinulla on soveltuva teknisen, turvallisuus- tai kiinteistöalan koulutus tai muulla tavoin hankittu vastaava osaaminen sekä kokemusta kiinteistöjen ylläpidosta, turvallisuustekniikasta tai vastaavasta koordinointitehtävästä. Työskentelet järjestelmällisesti ja oma-aloitteisesti, osaat priorisoida ja viet sovitut asiat loppuun. Sinulla on hyvät yhteistyö- ja viestintätaidot sekä valmius käyttää turvallisuus- ja kiinteistöjärjestelmiä, hallita käyttöoikeuksia, käsitellä poikkeamia ja seurata korjaavia toimenpiteitä. Eduksi katsomme kokemuksen palveluntuottajien ohjaamisesta, laadunvalvonnasta, auditoinneista tai turvallisuusjärjestelmien pääkäyttäjätehtävistä.
