Haemme Satakunnan Osuuskaupan Sale- ja S-market-ketjuihin henkilöitä, jotka ovat kiinnostuneita oppimaan vastuumyyjän työnkuvaa ja tarvittaessa sijaistamaan vastuumyyjiemme lomia tai poissaoloja. Harjoittelupaikkoja on meillä useissa yksiköissä, sekä Porissa että muualla Satakunnassa.

Lähiesihenkilötyön harjoittelijana pääset ohjaamaan työryhmän toimintaa ja vastaat kokonaisvaltaisesti myymälän arjen pyörittämisestä, henkilöstöstä sekä tuloksellisesta toiminnasta yhdessä muun vastaavatiimin ja esihenkilön kanssa. Odotamme halua oppia valmentavia johtamistaitoja koko työryhmän kehittämiseksi ja yksikön tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi.

Tehtävä on osa-aikainen (34 h/vko), ja harjoittelujakso ajoittuu touko-syyskuulle 2027. Edellytämme mahdollisuutta työskennellä vaihtelevissa vuorotyössä laajojen aukioloaikojemme mukaisesti. Harjoittelun aloitusajankohdasta voidaan sopia joustavasti opintojesi mukaan ja harjoittelusuunnitelma laaditaan sinun osaamisesi pohjalta. Me perehdytämme sinut kattavasti kaikkiin tehtäviisi ja tuemme sinua onnistumisiin pitkin matkaa!

Tässä tehtävässä työpäiväsi ovat monipuolisia, ja pääset oppimaan uutta sekä kehittämään osaamistasi käytännön tekemisen kautta. Opetamme sinut asettamaan tavoitteita sekä antamaan valmentavaa palautetta päivittäisessä työssäsi. Varmistat yhdessä muun vastuutiimin kanssa onnistuneet asiakaskokemukset ja sujuvan arjen hyvällä fiiliksellä. Etsimämme lähiesihenkilötyön harjoittelija on ennakkoluulottomasti ja positiivisesti työhön suhtautuva henkilö, joka osaa innostaa henkilökuntaa mukaan kehitykseen.

Odotamme sinulta joustavuutta, paineensietokykyä sekä halua johtaa ja kehittää tiimin toimintaa omalla esimerkillä. Jos olet aktiivisen työotteen omaava tiimipelaaja, saat työryhmän loistamaan asiakaspalvelussa ja olet vastuullinen kaikessa tekemisessä, olet etsimämme henkilö.

Tehtävän palkka perustuu kaupan alan työehtosopimukseen. Tuntipalkka on koulutuksesta ja kokemusvuosista riippuen 11,16-14,93 €/h. Vuorotyössä ilta- ja viikonloppulisät tuovat mukavaa lisää peruspalkan päälle. Lisäksi sinulla on mahdollisuus suoritepalkkioon.
