Osuuskauppa KPO hakee projektipäällikköä yhteisöllisen työvuorosuunnittelun pilottiprojektin vetäjäksi. Projekti alkaa tammikuussa kahdessa Vaasan ABC liikennemyymälässä ja kestää vuoden 2027 loppuun.

Yhteisöllinen työvuorosuunnittelu tarkoittaa työvuorosuunnittelumallia, jossa työntekijät valitsevat itse työvuorojaan etukäteen sovittujen yhteisten pelisääntöjen puitteissa. Mallin tavoitteena on helpottaa työn ja vapaa-ajan yhteensovittamista sekä lisätä henkilöstön vaikutusmahdollisuuksia omiin työvuoroihinsa.

Projektipäällikön tehtävät:

  • Vastaa toimintamallin aikataulusta ja käyttöönotosta
  • Järjestää työpajoja ja koulutuksia
  • Huolehtii käyttäjien järjestelmäosaamisesta
  • Määrittelee yhdessä HR:n ja liiketoiminnan kanssa pelisäännöt
  • Vastaa raportoinnista ja projektin etenemisestä sovittujen toimintamallien mukaisesti
  • Toimii pääasiallisena yhteyshenkilönä KPO:n ja SOK:n projektitiimin välillä

Projektipäällikön työpiste sijaitsee KPO:n konttorilla Kokkolassa tai ABC:llä Vaasassa. Tehtävään valitun tulee liikkua säännöllisesti ko. pisteiden välillä, joten oma auto on välttämätön. Tehtävään kuuluu myös perehtyminen ABC-liikennemyymälän käytännön arkeen ja työtehtäviin. Henkilö työllistyy KPO:n HR-tiimiin, ja tehtävässä tehdään tiivistä yhteistyötä HR:n, liiketoiminnan ja esihenkilöiden kanssa.

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää:

  • Erinomaisia vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaitoja
  • Järjestelmällistä ja tavoitteellista työskentelyotetta
  • Oma-aloitteisuutta ja ongelmanratkaisukykyä
  • Hyvää suomen kielen taitoa, ruotsin ja/tai englannin kielen taito on eduksi
  • Hyvää digitaalisten työvälineiden hallintaa
  • Työvuorosuunnitteluprosessin ja kaupan työehtosopimuksen tuntemus on eduksi
