BREAK SOKOS HOTEL TAHKO etsii nyt TARJOILIJAA määräaikaiseen osa-aikaiseen työsuhteeseen - ihan tavallisiin töihin, poikkeuksellisen mukavien työkavereiden joukkoon

Sopimustunnit: keskimäärin 60 t / 3 vko, määräaikainen 18.4.2027 asti.

Break Sokos Hotel Tahko sijaitsee Tahkon sydämessä, keskellä ympärivuotista matkailukeskusta. Hotellin yhteydessä toimiva Ravintola Hillside tunnetaan rennosta tunnelmastaan, sesonkien mukaan elävästä ruokalistastaan ja lämminhenkisestä palvelustaan. Meillä pääset osaksi tiimiä, jossa yhteistyö, tekemisen meininki ja laadukas asiakaskokemus ovat arjen ytimessä. Voit tutustua tunnelmaamme somessa ja bongata samalla tulevia työkavereitasi!

Tarjoilijana palvelet asiakkaita ravintolan aamiaisella, lounaalla, à la carte -tarjoilussa ja baarissa. Otat vastaan tilauksia, suosittelet ja myyt ruokia ja juomia, tarjoilet sekä huolehdit asiakastilojen viihtyisyydestä. Osallistut myös kokous-, yksityis- ja tapahtumapalveluiden toteuttamiseen. Työskentelet tiiviisti muun ravintolatiimin kanssa ja pidät osaltasi huolta siitä, että palvelu sujuu kiireessäkin.

Työ on ennen kaikkea asiakaspalvelua – erilaisia kohtaamisia, asiakkaiden tarpeiden tunnistamista ja onnistuneiden kokemusten rakentamista. Kaikkea ei tarvitse osata heti, mutta odotamme sinulta halua oppia uutta, ottaa palautetta vastaan ja kehittää osaamistasi jatkuvasti. Työssä arvomme näkyvät käytännössä: kohtaamme asiakkaat tunteella, tartumme tehtäviin toimeliaasti, olemme ylpeitä tekemisestämme ja onnistumme yhdessä.

Tässä työssä tarvitaan

- Valmiutta monipuoliseen vuorotyöhön. Työvuoroja on maanantaista sunnuntaihin, ja ne voivat sijoittua kello 6:n ja aamuyön kello 4:n välille. Työ painottuu iltoihin, viikonloppuihin ja juhlapyhiin.

- Aitoa halua työskennellä asiakkaiden parissa – tämä on asiakaspalvelutyötä, jossa jokainen kohtaaminen merkitsee.

- Hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja – osaat kohdata ihmiset tilanteen ja tarpeen mukaan, olipa kyseessä asiakas tai kollega.

Edellytämme sinulta täysi-ikäisyyttä, kokemusta à la carte- ja/tai baaritarjoilusta sekä suomen kielen taitoa.

Mitä se ihan tavallinen työ meillä on

- Palkka: MaRaVa-alan työehtosopimuksen mukainen palkka, palkkaryhmä 4. Palkka määräytyy kokemuksesi perusteella ja on 13,70–15,04 €/t. Lisäksi maksamme työehtosopimuksen mukaiset lisät.

- Työpaikka, johon on kiva tulla ja olla. Meidän ei tarvitse olla yhtä suurta iloista perhettä, mutta älä ylläty, jos työkavereista tulee myös ystäviä.

- Mahdollisuus kehittyä ja vaihtaa tehtäviä tai alaa – jos itse haluat.

- Saat tehtävään kattavan perehdytyksen sekä esihenkilön ja muun tiimin tuen osaamisesi kehittämiseen.

Työtä kuvataan usein korulauseilla, mutta meidän mielestämme tavallisuudessa ei ole mitään pahaa.
