🚗 Tule johtamaan Nelipyörän vaihtoautoliiketoimintaa!

Nelipyörä Oy on autokauppaketju, jonka toimipisteet sijaitsevat Hyvinkäällä, Hämeenlinnassa, Kotkassa, Kouvolassa, Lahdessa, Lappeenrannassa, Seinäjoella ja Tampereella.

Nelipyörän arvojen neljä pyörää ovat ilahdutamme asiakasta, kehitymme rohkeasti​, toimimme vastuullisesti ja menestymme yhdessä, pitävät meidät liikkeessä ja vievät palvelukokonaisuutta koko ajan eteenpäin.

Jokaisessa toimipisteessämme tarjoamme asiakkaillemme kattavat automyynnin, autohuollon sekä muut autoilun ja liikkumisen palvelut.

Haemme nyt vaihtoautoliiketoiminnan päällikköä vastaamaan Nelipyörän vaihtoautoliiketoiminnasta kokonaisuudessaan.

Tässä tehtävässä johdat ja kehität vaihtoautoliiketoimintaamme koko Nelipyörän tasolla. Vastaat kannattavasta kasvusta, yhtenäisistä toimintatavoista ja vaihtoautokaupan sujuvasta arjesta tiiviissä yhteistyössä toimipisteidemme kanssa. Tehtävässä esihenkilönäsi toimii Nelipyörän myyntijohtaja Thomas Ljunggren, ja työpisteesi sijaitsee Lahdessa.

Mitä työtehtäviisi kuuluu? 🛠️

  • Nelipyörän vaihtoautoliiketoiminnan johtaminen kokonaisuutena
  • Vaihtoautokaupan myyntikatteen varmistaminen ja kannattavuuden aktiivinen seuranta
  • Vaihtoautokaupan prosessien kehittäminen, johtaminen ja valvonta
  • Vaihtoautovaraston hallinta sekä ostotiimin johtaminen
  • Reklamaatioprosessin ylläpito, kehittäminen ja johtaminen
