The posting

Een bus rijdt de werkplaats binnen met een storing. Jij sluit je laptop aan, analyseert het probleem en gaat vervolgens met je gereedschap aan de slag om het op te lossen. Lijkt het je wat om te sleutelen aan voertuigen die dagelijks door de stad rijden? Lees dan verder!

Dit ga je doen

Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend: van het vervangen van mechanische onderdelen en filters tot het uitvoeren van reparaties en het werken aan elektrische hoogspanningssystemen, waarbij je altijd start met het aansluiten van een laptop om het systeem uit te lezen. Veiligheid staat daarbij centraal; voordat je begint zorg je ervoor dat het voertuig volledig veilig is gesteld. Daarnaast registreer je je werkzaamheden en bevindingen in SAP.

Je voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit volgens vaste intervallen, zoals bij 30.000 en 120.000 kilometer. Afhankelijk van je ervaring werk je aan zowel basiswerkzaamheden als complexere diagnose- en herstelwerkzaamheden. Bij storingen maak je gebruik van diagnoseapparatuur om de oorzaak te achterhalen en los je deze zelfstandig of samen met collega’s op. Na afronding maak je een proefrit om te controleren of de bus weer veilig en inzetbaar is. Als ervaren busmonteur draai je mee in de storingsdienst, gemiddeld eens per drie à vier weken.

Dit breng je mee

Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk dat voertuigen veilig de weg op gaan. Je bent leergierig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneren. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met collega’s en je voorman.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een mbo-opleiding in voertuigtechniek, bedrijfswagentechniek of een vergelijkbare richting (voor basis busmonteur mbo-niveau 2, voor een ervaren busmonteur minimaal mbo-niveau 3);
  • ervaring met onderhoud en reparatie van voertuigen, bij voorkeur in de bedrijfswagenbranche;
  • de bereidheid om aanvullende opleidingen en certificaten te behalen, zoals NEN 9140 en e-BAT;
  • bij voorkeur rijbewijs B. Rijbewijs D is een pré of je bent bereid dit te behalen.

Wat kun je verwachten

Jij zorgt goed voor onze reizigers, dus wij zorgen goed voor jou. Dit krijg je van ons:

  • Voor de functie van beginnend busmonteur ligt het salaris tussen € 2.440,- en € 3.565,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur (schaal 5). De inschaling is afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding.
  • Een tekenbonus van € 1.500,- netto (onder voorwaarden).
  • Toeslagen voor onregelmatigheid en een MRI-toelage van € 208,38 per maand.
  • Een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld, 1,5% duurzame inzetbaarheidsuitkering plus een goed geregeld pensioen bij ABP.
  • Gratis onbeperkt reizen met het openbaar vervoer van GVB en voor een kleine bijdrage ook voor jouw gezin.
  • Gemiddeld 21 vrije dagen per jaar, dit is afhankelijk van je leeftijd en je kan via ons cafetariamodel vakantiedagen bijkopen. Zo blijven werk en privé prima in balans!
  • Een tegemoetkoming in je ziektekostenverzekering van € 84,91 per maand.
  • Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van senior monteur voertuigen, werkvoorbereider, maintenance engineer of technisch specialist.

Het team

Je komt terecht in een team van zo’n 30 monteurs. De werksfeer is open en direct: collega’s helpen elkaar en spreken elkaar aan waar nodig. Je hebt dagelijks contact met je team en de voorman.
