Als coördinator werkplaats Tram bij GVB ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, planning en uitvoering. Je stuurt een team van monteurs aan, bewaakt de voortgang van onderhoud en storingen en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Dit ga je doen

Jij houdt de planning strak, stelt prioriteiten en schakelt razendsnel wanneer dat nodig is. Storingen? Die analyseer je direct. Je regelt de juiste materialen en stemt alles af met collega’s.

Je coacht en motiveert monteurs, zodat zij iedere dag veilig en kwalitatief hoogwaardig werk leveren. Daarnaast ben je het technische aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en grijp je in waar nodig. Ook houd je de administratie, van urenregistratie tot materiaalverbruik, overzichtelijk en compleet.

Kortom, met jouw energie en daadkracht stel je de juiste prioriteiten, zorg je voor een strakke planning en zet je mensen, middelen en kennis optimaal in. Zo kunnen jouw collega-monteurs reparaties vakkundig en efficiënt uitvoeren en draag je bij aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van zowel mens als tram.

Dit neem je mee

Je bent een energieke en betrokken coördinator met technisch inzicht, die helder communiceert, overzicht houdt en het team motiveert om gestructureerd, veilig en met hoge kwaliteit te werken. Daarnaast verwachten wij dat je:

  • Beschikt over mbo 4- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (mechanica, elektronica of mechatronica).
  • Ervaring hebt met coördinerende en leidinggevende werkzaamheden.
  • Kennis hebt van technische systemen en onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Stressbestendig bent, overzicht bewaart en prioriteiten kunt stellen.
  • Flexibel bent. Avond- en weekenddiensten horen bij deze functie.

Hier mag je op rekenen

Jij zorgt voor onze reizigers, dus wij zorgen goed voor jou. Dit krijg je van ons:

  • Een salaris van minimaal € 3.232,- en maximaal € 4.539,- bruto per maand (schaal 8) op basis van 36 uur per week.
  • Een onregelmatigheidsvergoeding van 12,7%.
  • Een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld, 1,5% duurzame inzetbaarheidsuitkering plus een goed geregeld pensioen bij ABP.
  • Gratis onbeperkt reizen met het openbaar vervoer van GVB en voor een kleine bijdrage ook voor jouw gezin.
  • Gemiddeld 21 vrije dagen per jaar, dit is afhankelijk van je leeftijd en je kan via ons cafetariamodel vakantiedagen bijkopen. Zo blijven werk en privé prima in balans!
  • Een tegemoetkoming in je ziektekostenverzekering van € 84,91 per maand.
  • Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van senior monteur voertuigen, werkvoorbereider, maintenance engineer of technisch specialist.

Jouw team

De lijnwerkplaats Tram is verantwoordelijk voor het snel, efficiënt en veilig inzetten, repareren en onderhouden van het trammaterieel voor het Amsterdamse openbaar vervoer.

Je komt terecht bij de Quickservice-afdeling binnen de lijnwerkplaats Tram aan de Havenstraat. Hier werk je samen met ongeveer 30 gemotiveerde monteurs die 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week klaarstaan voor de stad. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders en teamleiders. De sfeer is no-nonsense, collegiaal en flexibel.
