The posting

Bij GVB werk je als projectbeheerser techniek aan complexe, meerjarige softwareprojecten. Jij helpt projectleiders en teamleiders om onderbouwde keuzes te maken over planning, budget en scope. Je kijkt verder dan cijfers en rapportages. Je maakt duidelijk wat afwijkingen betekenen voor het project en adviseert wat er nodig is om bij te sturen.

Dit ga je doen

Binnen Programmamanagement Operationele Techniek bewaak je tijd, scope en geld van technische projecten. Zo kunnen projectteams zich richten op de inhoudelijke uitvoering. Je werkt aan lopende projecten én richt de projectbeheersing voor nieuwe projecten in.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag beoordeel je projectdocumenten en overleg je met projectleiders. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met management, interne specialisten en externe betrokkenen.

Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • Je bewaakt planning, scope, voortgang, capaciteit, financiën en houdt zicht op risico’s. Zo houd je zicht op de stand van zaken van de projecten.
  • Je stelt rapportages op, analyseert de gegevens en licht de uitkomsten toe. Daarmee zorg je voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie en maak je knelpunten vroeg zichtbaar.
  • Je adviseert projectleiders en teamleiders over projectbeheersing en bedrijfsvoering, zodat zij tijdig kunnen bijsturen.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt risicosessies.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert processen en verbetert werkwijzen en documentstromen.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen het projectbeheersingsteam.

Dit neem je mee

Je bent analytisch sterk, zodat je data en stuurinformatie kunt vertalen naar concrete adviezen. Met jouw organisatietalent houd je overzicht over meerdere projecten en belangen tegelijk. Je communiceert helder en hebt overtuigingskracht en gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen. Daarmee kun je jouw advies goed overbrengen aan projectleiders, teamleiders en management.

Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht, omdat kansen en risico’s in projecten vragen om tijdige actie. Je houdt van aanpakken en kunt doorpakken wanneer dat nodig is.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfskundige of financiële richting.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met projectbeheersing binnen complexe projecten.
  • Kennis van planning, financiën, risico-, capaciteits- en informatiemanagement.
  • Ervaring met het coördineren en inhoudelijk begeleiden van collega’s binnen een projectomgeving.

Hier mag je op rekenen

  • Een salaris van € 4.170 tot € 6.004 bruto per maand (schaal 10A) op basis van 36 uur, afhankelijk van je opleiding en ervaring.
  • Een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld en een duurzame inzetbaarheidsuitkering van 1,5%.
  • Een goed geregeld pensioen via ABP, waarbij GVB twee derde van de premie betaalt.
  • Gratis en onbeperkt reizen met GVB voor jou, ook in je vrije tijd. Jouw gezin kan met korting reizen.
  • Gemiddeld 21 vakantiedagen per jaar (afhankelijk van je leeftijd), met de mogelijkheid om extra verlofuren bij te kopen.
  • Extra verlofuren in plaats van Goede Vrijdag en 1 mei.
  • Een maandelijkse tegemoetkoming van € 84,91 bruto voor je zorgpremie.

Jouw team

Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer twintig collega’s binnen Programmamanagement Operationele Techniek. Je werkt samen met programmamanagers, senior projectleiders, projectleiders, technische specialisten en projectmanagementondersteuners.

Het team brengt veel ervaring en expertise samen om complexe, meerjarige softwareprojecten te realiseren. Naast de lopende projecten staan er nieuwe projecten op stapel. Dat vraagt om goede samenwerking en een professionele aanpak.
