Amsterdam ontwikkelt zich in hoog tempo. Nieuwe gebouwen, modernisering van assets, verduurzaming, slimme installaties en toekomstbestendige infrastructuur. Als senior projectmanager geef jij richting aan strategische projecten die deze ontwikkeling mogelijk maken. Je beweegt je in een bestuurlijke omgeving met veel belangen, hoge verwachtingen en constante dynamiek. Jij brengt overzicht, richting en resultaat.

Dit ga je doen

Je leidt complexe, integrale projecten binnen het fysieke domein van GVB. Denk aan:

  • de ontwikkeling en realisatie van nieuwe gebouwen en voorzieningen
  • renovatie- en vervangingsprojecten van bestaande vastgoedlocaties
  • bouwkundige en installatietechnische modernisering van werkplaatsen, remises en stations
  • verduurzamingsprojecten en energievoorzieningen
  • grootschalige vervangingsopgaven binnen de infrastructuur

Het zijn meerjarige projecten met grote maatschappelijke impact, technische uitdagingen en organisatorische veranderingen. Je werkt met multidisciplinaire teams en schakelt met stakeholders op operationeel, tactisch én strategisch niveau.

Jij zorgt dat projecten beheerst en voorspelbaar verlopen. Je stuurt op tijd, geld, kwaliteit en scope, werkt volgens onze in-house ontwikkelde Projectwijzermethodiek en borgt dat het project voldoet aan strategische, tactische en operationele eisen qua bouwkunde, vastgoedontwikkeling of installatietechniek. Je bewaakt de voortgang en houdt koers in een speelveld met uiteenlopende belangen.

Dit neem je mee

Je bent besluitvaardig, prestatiegemotiveerd en weet rust en richting te brengen in complexe omgevingen. Je voelt je thuis in een bestuurlijke context, delegeert goed en hebt ervaring met integrale projecten binnen bijvoorbeeld vastgoed, bouw, techniek, aannemerij of consultancy.

Verder heb je:

  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als projectmanager
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met meerjarige projecten met multimiljoenbudgetten
  • Werkervaring binnen grote, complexe organisaties
  • Affiniteit met bouwkundige en installatietechnische vraagstukken
  • Een hbo- of wo-opleiding in bouwkunde, techniek of bedrijfskunde
  • Prince2-certificering (aanvullende methodieken zijn een pré)
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

Hier mag je op rekenen

  • Een salaris tussen € 4.929, - en € 7.239, - bruto per maand (schaal 11A/12) o.b.v. 36 uur, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring
  • Een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld, 1,5% duurzame inzetbaarheidsuitkering en een goed pensioen via ABP

Jouw team

Je werkt binnen de afdeling APP: Advies, Projectmanagement en Project Management Office. Vanuit deze centrale pool lever je expertise aan diverse projectteams binnen GVB. Voor jou ligt de focus op projecten binnen het fysieke domein: vastgoedontwikkeling, bouw, renovatie, installatietechniek en infrastructuur.

Je werkt nauw samen met andere senior projectmanagers, wisselt kennis uit en versterkt elkaar. Afhankelijk van het project ben je op verschillende GVB‑locaties aanwezig, dicht bij de operatie. De afdeling werkt volgens uniforme kwaliteitsstandaarden en zet in op continu verbeteren. Zo draag jij bij aan toekomstbestendige, veilige en duurzame voorzieningen die essentieel zijn voor de dienstverlening van GVB.
