Für unser Finanzteam am Standort Ludwigsburg suchen wir ab sofort einen Finanzbuchhalter / Mitarbeiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Debitorenbuchhaltung, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Intercompany sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.

Finanzbuchhalter / Mitarbeiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)

zunächst befristet mit Option auf unbefristete Übernahme | Standort Ludwigsburg

Deine Aufgaben:

· Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

· Kontierung, Buchung und Abstimmung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle

· Pflege und Abstimmung von Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten

· Durchführung und Abstimmung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

· Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater

· Unterstützung bei fristgerechten Meldungen und Zuarbeiten für konzernweite Abschlüsse und Konsolidierungen

· Abwicklung und Abstimmung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Bankkonten

· Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, interne Fachbereiche

· Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen für die Geschäfts- und Finanzleitung

Dein Profil:

· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhaltung

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

· Erfahrung in der Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB

· Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

· Kenntnisse in ADDISON sind wünschenswert, aber kein Muss

· Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

· Freude an Abstimmung, Klärung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

· Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und Teamgeist
