Das erwartet Dich:

  • Du führst unser Finance-Team in Absprache mit unserem CFO am Standort Nürnberg
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Controlling und externen Partnern zusammen und bereitest entscheidungsrelevante Informationen auf
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Jahres- und Monatsabschluss
  • Du verantwortest die ordnungsgemäße Erfassung, Prüfung und Buchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Du überwachst die Abstimmung offener Posten im Kreditoren- und Detiborenmanagement, steuerst Klärungsprozesse und stellst die Qualität der Daten sicher
  • Du verantwortest die termingerechte Durchführung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Du betreust die Steuerkonten, koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater und stellst fristgerechte Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sicher
  • Du arbeitest bei Bedarf auch im Tagesgeschäft im Controlling und der Buchhaltung mit
  • Du leitest und unterstützt aktuelle Finance-Projekte und stellst Compliance-Themen sicher
  • Du gestaltest und optimierst Finance-Prozesse und Richtlinien

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder klare Führungspersönlichkeit mit Entwicklungspotenzial
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude daran, Prozesse zu gestalten und ein Team weiterzuentwickeln
