Wir erweitern unser Leistungsportfolio um den Geschäftsbereich Wärmepumpen und Klimatechnik – und suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft, die mit fachlichem Know-how, Engagement und echter Gestaltungsfreude diesen Bereich von Anfang an aufbaut, prägt und weiterentwickelt.

So sieht dein Arbeitstag aus

  • Fachliche Leitung & Projektsteuerung: Planung, Organisation und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Wärmepumpen- und Klimatechnik.
  • Technische Umsetzung: Unterstützung deines Teams bei Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von modernen Luft-Luft- und Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpensystemen.
  • Systemintegration & Effizienz: Entwicklung effizienter Lösungen zur Einbindung neuer Wärmepumpen in bestehende Heizsysteme – mit Fokus auf maximale Energieeffizienz und Kundennutzen.
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson: Kompetente Beratung für Kundinnen und Kunden sowie kollegiale Unterstützung im Team bei technischen Fragen, Entscheidungen und komplexen Herausforderungen.
  • Qualität & Dokumentation: Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards, inklusive Messungen, Prüfungen und lückenloser Projektdokumentation.
  • Organisation & Materialplanung: Mitwirkung bei der Materialdisposition und Gewährleistung effizienter Abläufe auf den Baustellen.

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Heizungsbauer, Mechatroniker (m/w/d) o. Ä., ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder staatlich geprüften Techniker (SHK).
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Wärmepumpentechnik sowie ein gutes Verständnis für moderne Heizungs- und Klimalösungen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen Normen, Standards und Vorschriften – und deren Anwendung in der Praxis.
  • Eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise – mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Blick für Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2).
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
