Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Beratung: Du begeisterst potenzielle Kunden vor Ort für unser Full-Service-Paket aus Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpen und Klimatechnik. Du verkaufst keine Einzelprodukte, sondern nachhaltige Autarkie-Konzepte.
  • Technische Projektprüfung: Du prüfst die Planungen unserer PV-Anlagen und Heizungssysteme, vergleichst sie mit den Kundenanforderungen und stellst sicher, dass die Konzepte sowohl fachlich als auch kaufmännisch perfekt aufgehen.
  • Individuelle Kalkulation: Anhand unserer Vorlagen erstellst du saubere Angebote und passt diese gemeinsam mit den Kunden individuell an deren Lebenssituation an.
  • Beziehungsmanagement: Du hältst deine Angebote aktuell, pflegst deine Pipeline und sorgst mit Herzblut dafür, dass aus Interessenten begeisterte Kunden werden.
  • Markenbotschafter: Auf Messen, regionalen Events und Veranstaltungen repräsentierst du unser Unternehmen und knüpfst nachhaltige Kontakte in der Region.

Ihr Profil

  • Branchenerfahrung: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Photovoltaikanlagen, Wärmepumpen oder Klimatechnik mit und kennst den Markt sowie die Bedürfnisse der Kunden.
  • Kommunikationsstark: Du hast ein sympathisches, offenes und verbindliches Auftreten. Du kannst zuhören, die richtigen Fragen stellen und erkennst genau, welche Lösung den größten Nutzen stiftet.
  • Technisches Know-how: Dein technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Erneuerbare Energien und Gebäudetechnik erlaubt es dir, auf Augenhöhe zu beraten und Vertrauen aufzubauen.
  • Ehrgeiz & Motivation: Du hast den Drive, Abschlüsse zu generieren und Menschen wirklich zu begeistern.
  • Flexibilität: Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für deine täglichen Touren zu unseren Kunden in der Region Voraussetzung.
