Deine Aufgaben

Als Solution Architect – Delivery übernimmst du die technische Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Lösungen in den Bereichen Datacenter, Hybrid Cloud und Digital Workplace – von der Architektur und Detailkonzeption über die Implementierung und Migration bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb.

  • Technische (Projekt-)Verantwortung für die Delivery von Kundenlösungen.
  • Erstellung von High- und Low-Level-Designs sowie technischen Implementierungs- und Migrationskonzepten.
  • Steuerung der technischen Umsetzung und Koordination von Engineering-Teams, Kunden und Technologiepartnern.
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, termingerechten und nachhaltigen Umsetzung.
  • Durchführung von technischen Workshops, Reviews und Troubleshooting.
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen während der Delivery.
  • Agieren als Trusted Advisor für unsere Kunden bei technischen Entscheidungen, Weiterentwicklungen und Optimierungen.
  • Unterstützung unserer Sales- & PreSales-Teams im Angebotsprozess.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Delivery-Standards, Referenzarchitekturen und Delivery-Lösungen für das Portfolio der Sonio AG.

Einblicke in unsere Arbeitsweise

Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams zusammen und bewegst dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Architektur, Engineering, Sales & PreSales und Delivery. Du begleitest Kundenlösungen über den gesamten technischen Umsetzungsprozess, unterstützt bei komplexen Fragestellungen und agierst als Trusted Advisor. Gleichzeitig entwickelst du Delivery-Standards, Referenzarchitekturen und Delivery-Lösungen weiter.

Das bringst du mit

  • 3-5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Infrastructure Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datacenter, Hybrid Cloud und Digital Workplace.
  • Praxisorientierte Kenntnisse in Compute, Storage, Netzwerk, Backup, Security, Cloud und Endpoint Management.
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigenverantwortung.
  • Tiefes Verständnis für die Arbeitsweise eines IT-Dienstleisters.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams.
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen.
