Support Engineer

Sorge für einen zuverlässigen Betrieb moderner IT-Infrastrukturen.

Als Support Engineer betreibst und betreust du die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden und unterstützt sie bei technischen Anliegen rund um Microsoft M365 sowie Client- und Server-Infrastrukturen. Im Rahmen unserer Managed Services stellst du gemeinsam mit unseren Engineers und Consultants einen stabilen Betrieb der Kundenumgebungen sicher.

Deine Mission

  • Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Microsoft M365, Client- und Server-Infrastrukturen
  • Operationelle Tätigkeiten im Rahmen unserer Managed Services und Betreuung von Kundenumgebungen
  • Entgegennahme, Beurteilung und Abschätzung technischer Anfragen im Service Desk
  • Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management sowie Überwachung offener Cases
  • Überwachung von Upgrades und Migrationen gemeinsam mit anderen Engineers und Consultants

Unsere Teams betreuen die IT-Umgebungen unserer Kunden ganzheitlich und arbeiten dabei eng mit Engineers, Consultants und weiteren Spezialisten zusammen. Im Rahmen unserer Managed Services sorgen wir für einen zuverlässigen Betrieb und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei technischen Anliegen sowie bei Upgrades und Migrationen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Microsoft Client-, Server- und M365-Infrastrukturen
  • Erweitertes Praxisverständnis im Virtualisierungs-, Netzwerk- und Backup-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierter Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative, hoher Lernbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein
