Solution Architect für Managed Services (m/w/d)

Entwickle moderne Managed-Services-Lösungen.

Als Solution Architect unterstützt du unseren Vertrieb bei der Konzeption und Präsentation massgeschneiderter Managed-Services-Lösungen. Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst wirtschaftliche und technisch nachhaltige Lösungskonzepte auf Basis unseres Portfolios und begleitest den gesamten Presales-Prozess bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an unsere Delivery-Teams.

Deine Mission

  • Analyse der fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden
  • Konzeption von Managed-Services-Lösungen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Digital Workplace
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs im gesamten Presales-Prozess (RFP, RFI und RFQ)
  • Erstellung von Offerten, Zielpreisdefinitionen sowie Beantwortung von Ausschreibungen und Pflichtenheften
  • Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen und Kundenterminen
  • Erstellung von Lösungsarchitekturen, Servicekonzepten und technischen Dokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Delivery-, Operations- und Service-Management-Teams zur erfolgreichen Übergabe der Projekte
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres Managed-Services-Portfolios sowie Evaluation neuer Technologien und Lösungen
  • Pflege und Ausbau der technischen Beziehungen zu unseren strategischen Herstellern und Partnern

Einblick in unsere Arbeitsweise

Unsere Solution Architects arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Delivery, Operations und unseren Technologiepartnern zusammen. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir moderne Managed-Services-Lösungen, die optimal auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind. Wir setzen auf technische Exzellenz, unternehmerisches Denken, kurze Entscheidungswege und eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Presales Consultant oder Solution Architect
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Digital Workplace
  • Tiefes Verständnis der Arbeitsweise eines IT-Dienstleisters
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Präsentation von Lösungskonzepten sowie der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen (RFP, RFI und RFQ)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Zielstrebigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche und Veranstaltungen
