Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der operativen und organisatorischen Führung der Küche

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf während der Servicezeiten

* Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen auf hohem Qualitätsniveau

* Führung, Einschulung und Unterstützung des Küchenteams

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Speisekarten und saisonalen Angeboten

* Kontrolle der Warenqualität und fachgerechten Lagerung

* Einhaltung und Überwachung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards gemäß HACCP

* Vertretung des Küchenchefs in dessen Abwesenheit

Das bringen Sie mit

Must-have

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie mit Schwerpunkt Küche

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige und moderne Küche

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

Von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Hotelgastronomie

* Kenntnisse in der Mitarbeiterführung

* Interesse an regionalen Produkten und saisonaler Küche
