Job Description

DESCHAMPS recrute, pour compléter ses équipes, un :

Assistant Technique BTP (H/F) en CDI.

Vous êtes un réel support administratif pour les équipes travaux. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Veille et identification des appels d’offres, participation à l’élaboration et à l’envoi des réponses.
  • Établissement de la facturation et chiffrage des commandes liées aux interventions
  • Relance clients pour facturation des impayés
  • Dépôt des factures et situations via Chorus
  • Recueil des informations auprès des clients de la situation électronique
  • Gestion et suivi de la sous-traitance (demande de documents, relances, suivi, déclaration et vérification auprès des organismes)
  • Participation à l’élaboration du dossier administratif « QUALIBAT » et tous autres qualifications ou certifications
  • Mise à jour et tenue des documents administratifs généraux de la société
  • Accueil physique et téléphonique (gestion des appels entrants, renseignement de vos interlocuteurs)
  • Archivage et classement administratif

Cette liste de tâches peut évoluer en fonction de l'autonomie du candidat et des besoins de l'agence.

De formation Bac+2/3 de type Gestion PME/PMI, vous disposez d'une expérience réussie de 5 à 10 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans le milieu du bâtiment.

Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (Excel, Word).

Réactif et disponible, vous êtes doté d'une bonne faculté d'écoute et faite preuve d'initiative.

La rigueur, le sens de l'organisation et le dynamisme sont des atouts indispensables pour réussir à ce poste.

Fourchette de rémunération proposée allant de 33K à 38K annuel brut (selon profil et expérience).
