Job Description

SIA Service recrute, pour renforcer ses équipes basées à AMBERT (63), un :

Conducteur de travaux désenfumage / sécurité incendie (H/F)

En lien avec votre Responsable, vous êtes le garant technique de la rentabilité, de la sécurité et de la bonne exécution de vos chantiers de la préparation jusqu'à la réception.

A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

Préparation de chantier

  • Etude, mise au point et validation technique de l'affaire
  • Evaluation des risques (PPSPS, PDP, demande autorisation)
  • Evaluation et planification des moyens humains et matériels
  • Consultations et négociations fournisseurs, sous-traitants, locations de matériel
  • Commandes fournisseurs, contrats sous-traitance, locations de matériel

Exécution chantier

  • Transmission des informations nécessaires au bon déroulement du chantier (définition des objectifs, technique, sécurité, accès, moyens etc…)
  • Encadrement des techniciens
  • Relation client : Assister aux réunions de chantiers
  • Vérification de la bonne exécution : audit technique et de sécurité du chantier
  • Suivi de la rentabilité
  • Chiffrage des travaux supplémentaires
  • Finalisation de l'exécution par l'obtention du PV de réception
  • DOE ou rapport de chantier
  • Déclenchement facturation
  • Suivi du SAV

Gestion / Encadrement

  • Validation des pointages des techniciens
  • Participation au plan de développement des compétences
  • Tenue des entretiens annuels et professionnels des techniciens

De formation supérieure dans le domaine du bâtiment, vous justifiez d’une première expérience professionnelle réussie dans le secteur du bâtiment, protection incendie, CVC ou du traitement de l’air.
