Job Description

Au sein de notre filiale spécialisée dans les solutions de désenfumage architectural, nous recherchons un Chargé d'Affaires (H/F) sur le secteur Région Parisienne.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de travaux, vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement des chantiers publics et privés, de l’étude du dossier jusqu’à la réception des travaux. Véritable chef d’orchestre, vous assurez la qualité, le respect des délais et des coûts, tout en étant l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients. Ce poste itinérant, basé en région parisienne, implique des déplacements réguliers sur les différents sites de chantier.

Missions :

En tant que Chargé d’affaires, vous aurez pour responsabilités de :

  • Préparer et organiser les chantiers : recenser les ressources, lancer les réunions de démarrage, coordonner les intervenants.
  • Piloter les opérations : établir les rétroplannings, suivre les approvisionnements, planifier les interventions et fixer les dates de réception et essais.
  • Assurer la relation client : proposer des travaux supplémentaires, participer aux réunions de chantier, être le relais technique et commercial.
  • Encadrer les sous-traitants : consulter, sélectionner et négocier les prix et délais, valider la facturation.
  • Garantir la sécurité : réaliser les visites d’inspection, produire les PPSPS, vérifier les habilitations et le port des EPI.
  • Suivre le chantier après livraison : gérer le SAV avec les sous-traitants (GPA), transmettre les demandes au service interne pour la garantie décennale.
  • Être force d’alerte : signaler toute problématique au Responsable travaux.

Le profil recherché

Vous êtes issu d’une formation Bac +3 minimum et disposez d’une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans la conduite de chantiers ou la gestion d’affaires dans le secteur du second œuvre ou de la menuiserie métallique.

  • Vous maîtrisez les méthodes de développement commercial et savez rédiger des offres techniques et financières.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques de gestion de projet et êtes à l’aise avec le Pack Office et l’ERP DIVALTO.
  • Vous possédez les habilitations nécessaires : travail en hauteur, habilitations électriques, CACES R486/R389.
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre capacité à négocier et votre esprit d’équipe.
  • Vous savez vous adapter, gérer votre stress et trouver des solutions face aux imprévus.
