Notre agence SOPREMA Entreprises Clermont-Ferrand ouvre une nouvelle antenne afin de développer ses activités dans les départements de l'Allier (03) et de la Creuse (23). Nous cherchons, pour accompagner la construction de ce nouveau secteur, un :

Chargé d'affaires (H/F) en CDI pour notre secteur SOPRASSISTANCE

SOPRASSISTANCE est un secteur de service déployé dans chacune des agences du réseau SOPREMA Entreprises. Ce secteur est dédié aux interventions d’urgence, à l’entretien et aux travaux relatifs aux toitures terrasses et à la couverture des bâtiments.

Vous participez activement au développement commercial sur votre secteur géographique et assurez la bonne réalisation des travaux vendus.

A ce titre, vos activités sont les suivantes :

  • Assurer la relation avec les clients : réponses aux demandes, réalisation des devis, organisation des interventions
  • Développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires sur votre secteur
  • Gérer vos équipes (au départ, compagnons de l'agence de Clermont, à terme, recruter et gérer ses proches équipes sur place)
  • Suivre les prestations et la facturation
  • S’assurer de l’atteinte des objectifs et du développement du secteur
  • Commander le matériel et les matériaux nécessaires aux interventions
  • Représenter localement le groupe SOPREMA auprès des clients et prospects
  • Être garant du respect des délais, de la qualité et de la sécurité des chantiers

L’adresse de nos futurs bureaux n’est pas encore définie, mais sera idéalement située à Montluçon (03), voire Guéret (23), en fonction des opportunités mais aussi du lieu de domiciliation de la personne recrutée. Vous l'aurez compris, il y a beaucoup à construire dans ce poste, qui représente un vrai challenge !

De formation Bac +2/3 dans le domaine du Bâtiment ou du Génie Civil, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans le domaine de l’enveloppe du bâtiment (étanchéité, couverture, bardage, façades).

Vous disposez de connaissances techniques reconnues, de qualités relationnelles et d’un sens aigu de la relation clients qui seront les garants de votre réussite sur ce poste. Vous vous démarquez par votre forte fibre commerciale.
