Job Description

Au sein de notre filiale spécialisée dans les solutions de désenfumage architectural, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Chef(fe) d'atelier tôlerie passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe !

Sous la responsabilité du Responsale de production, vous animez l’équipe de production de Tôlerie (compartimentage, soudure acier et tôlerie) composée de 10 personnes. Vous êtes le garant de la productivité, qualité et sécurité de l'atelier tout en se basant sur les quantités produites, le taux de rebuts, l’évolution des coûts indirects, l’absentéisme et les accidents du travail.

Vous avez en charge différentes missions :

Manager son équipe de production :

  • Identifier, valoriser et développer les compétences du personnel (souhait de mobilité, développement d'expertise...).
  • Être force de proposition concernant le plan de formation des équipes et aux recrutements en lien avec les services RH.
  • Etre garant de la sécurité de l’ensemble du personnel du site
  • Réaliser un reporting de son activité de sa direction
  • Réaliser les entretiens annuels
  • Organiser et animer des rituels de production

Organiser l'activité de production :

  • Planifier, ordonnancer et distribuer le travail : répartir le travail et adapter les effectifs en fonction des commandes, des problèmes relationnels ou des absences
  • Etre force de proposition sur l’effectif nécessaire (salarié et intérimaire) et les heures de travail
  • Assurer une assistance technique auprès de son équipe.
  • Compléter les indicateurs de production comme les temps de fabrication (Réel/Théorique)
  • Assurer le reporting de l’activité à sa hiérarchie

Veiller à la sécurité, la propreté et la qualité des produits :

  • Former les nouveaux arrivants aux règles de sécurité, de propreté et aux procédures qualité mises en place dans l'entreprise.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie et significative de minimum 5 ans sur ces fonctions, dans une industrie d'assemblage, et avoir l'habitude de travailler en équipe pour une industrie réalisant de la petite série, avec des délais de livraison courts.

Vous devez être doté(e) de compétences managériales, vous êtes reconnu(e) comme une personne de terrain, impliquée, ayant du leadership et des qualités relationnelles.

Vous avez une véritable connaissance de la tôlerie et de la métallerie est indispensable.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences en gestion d’équipe et coordination de projets.

Vous êtes en capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les autres services (logistique, méthodes, maintenance…).
